NEWS: AMMA WEBSITE CRASHES!

After the successful launching of AMMA Viewers Choice Award nomination list, viewers/listeners wasted no time in storming their website to vote their favorite contestants. This massive influx of people on their site forced the website to be on a temporary shutdown. When logged into the site, it showed that the bandwidth of the site had been exhausted.

Hausa HipHop Blog wasted no time in contacting the C.E.O Cems Nigeria Ltd. On a phone chat, the C.E.O Mr Abdulrazak Abdulrahman stated that they never expected such massive visit on their website. With over 18,000 visit within 24hours, they had to face this technical issue. He later called for fans and the general public to be patient as the problem would be resolved as soon as possible as we (Hausa HipHop Blog) were talking. The C.E.O promised to get back to me for any further development.

As at 05.55pm, Mr Abdulkadir called Hausa HipHop Blog on phone to notify us first-hand that the site is back as fans can now vote without any hassles.

The site is functional. The viewers choice category can be accessed by logging into AMMA's official website www.ammawards.com under the voting section. Their are 17 categories (both music and movies). Vote for your favorite category now.
