Masu shiryawa sun bayyana cewa akwai rukunoni 23 wanda za’a tantace mawaka wanda suka samu shiga daga watan Januaru na shekarar 2018 zuwa watan Yuli na shekarar 2019. Wannan shine karo na 13 wanda za ayi mai taken “Power of a dream” wato “Ikon mafarki” wanda za ayi a ranar 19 ga watan October, 2019.

Burna Boy shi yafi kowa fitowa a cikin rukunoni takwas wanda suka hadu da rukunin Headies Viewers Choice, Song of the year (wato waka ta shekara), Artist of the year (mawaki na shekara), Album of the year (kundin fefen shekara), Best Collabo (wakar gamayya da tafi tasiri), Best music Video (bidiyon da yafi fice), Best R&B/Pop Album (Fitaccen kundin fefen R&B ko Pop), Best pop Single (wakar salon pop wanda tafi fice) da Best Recording of the year (wato bakandamiyar wakar da tafi samun karbuwa acikin al’umma).
