We all have our own techniques and routines to try and get a woman off during foreplay and sex. But, let's face it, they don't work all the time, nor do we know if, in fact, they are doing the job or if the lady is just moaning because she feels bad.
New research from the Kinsey Institute and Chapman University in Indiana is here to help us out, though.
According to a new study—which evaluated over 52,000 American males and females who are in monogamous relationships between the ages of 18-64 of different sexual orientations—we have our answer as to how to officially get a woman to orgasm: just follow these three sex moves.
- Genital stimulation
- Deep kissing
- Oral sex
Yep, that "Golden Trio", as they're referred to, were the three that consistently came up as necessary for women to orgasm.
Here's what study co-author, and author of the book The Case of the Female Orgasm, Elisabeth Lloyd had to add:
“About 30% of men actually think that intercourse is the best way for women to have orgasm, and that is sort of a tragic figure because it couldn’t be more incorrect."She adds that: “To say that there needs to be some education I think is an understatement.”
So, while men think that they know everything there is to know about sex, the female orgasm and how to get his significant other off, this clearly shows that we need a quick refresher, because, per the research, a lot of us are wrong.
Lloyd went on to say that, "Explicit and direct communication with one’s partner is key," so remember to talk to your lady to see what's working and what's not.
