Beehive's respected bi-lingual artiste B.O.C a.k.a Barde Ogan Chasu recently visited the ancient pyramid city of Kano. He was invited for an interview by Dala FM 89.3 (The Swag Station) by its Hausa HipHop Anchorman, Billy O. The program was co-anchored by Ameera A.B.H and Dabo Daprof. B.O.C was interviewed at the program live and direct. It gave Kano hiphop lovers to have a first-hand opportunity to get to listen to this sensational rapper live and direct. The artist on the other hand, gave the fans and his listeners a dose of what he is made of. He talked about his ongoing project #NoEnglish which should be dropping anytime soon. He also talked about his latest ranking by a particular blog which named him among the top 10 hausa hiphop artistes in Northern Nigeria. Though he wasn't too happy with the song that was used to rate him (Mai Zuga) but he was happy to have been recognized in the music industry were he was ranked at #9. After the program, Hausa Hip-Hop Blog interviewed him live. Asked if this was his first time in Kano state, he replied in the affirmative that it was his second. But fortunately, he never ever dreamed of being interviewed in Kano State. Moreover, he was taken aback by the amount of callers on phone, the messages and good responses/commendations he received from his fans in Kano. Asked if he would pay Kano another visit, he replied by saying "I'm thinking about organizing a show already. i am going back to Bauchi and i have to sit with my manager and discuss on how to organize a show very soon. I love Kano and it's amazing fans. I cant wait to get back."
B.O.C and his crew paid a courtesy call to the Director of Operations of Dala FM,Nuhu Tahir(Cool Coffee). Cool Coffee on the other hand advised him to be steadfast in his good work and also wish him well in his future endeavors. He told him that Dala FM's doors are always open for artistes. B.O.C thanked him and promised to deliver.

Other artistes present during the visit were Likitan Waka(Fulberry), Rahma FM's O.A.P and Kano city's dope emcee Dr Pure, Wiz Abdul and a lot of others. Without wasting much of his time, a freestyle battle was organized where B.O.C, Ricqy Ultra,Dabo Daprof and others showed the stuff they were made of. Lyrical punchlines, metaphors, rhymes and dope tunes kept the studio boiling at 100 degrees Celsius. It was all fun as B.O.C bade farewell to the artists and zoomed off hoping to be back soon.
